Shipping

We strive to ship orders within 3 business days of payment receipt. We will notify you by email if we anticipate the need to extend this time.

Postage is charged by actual weight, and each order will have at least two options to balance customer preferences for price and transit time. Domestic customers may have Media Mail, First Class, or Priority Mail available, depending on the weight of the package. We ship internationally via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail.

Reference charts (posters) are rolled into sturdy tubes and incur a separate shipping charge when part of an order that also includes books.

Returns

Damaged merchandise or incorrect items received should be reported to us promptly. We will work quickly to satisfactorily fulfill your order.
